1. Choose Your Garment

Start by selecting the style of garment you want to customise, such as a t-shirt, hoodie, polo, pants, or other available options.

2. Add Your Design

Choose where you want your design placed on the garment, then upload your artwork, logo, or design files. Your design will appear on the mock-up so you can preview how it will look.

3. Get Your Price

Once you’ve selected your garment, design placement, and print or embroidery option, your price will be calculated before checkout.

4. Place Your Order

Head to checkout and complete your order. Once submitted, your order will be sent directly to our team.

5. Artwork Check

Before production begins, we carefully check your artwork to make sure everything is suitable for printing or embroidery. If there are any issues with your file, logo, or design, we’ll contact you by email before moving forward.

6. Printing or Embroidery Setup

If you choose printing, we prepare your design for print.
If you choose embroidery, your design will be digitised first. Embroidery may include a setup fee depending on the stitch count and complexity of the design.

7. Production Begins

Your garment is ordered in, and once everything arrives, we complete the printing or embroidery in-house.

8. Ready for Pickup or Delivery

Once your order is complete, we’ll notify you when it’s ready for pickup or delivery. Then we’ll either send it out to you or have it ready for collection.
